How do I play?

Every card has several features, like color and shape. Find three cards where each feature is either all the same or all different on all three. More features join as you travel through the worlds, and the game teaches each one when it arrives.

Where is my progress saved?

Posy signs you in with Game Center on iPhone or Google Play Games on Android and saves your progress to your online account, so it comes back when you sign in on a new phone. To use one account on an iPhone and an Android phone, open Settings and choose Link another phone. If you play without signing in, progress is saved on your device (and in iCloud on iPhone), and deleting the app deletes it.

I bought Posy+ but don't get its extras

Open Settings in Posy and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with. Posy+ gives a daily gift of coins and hints and a free Daily Puzzle retry.

How do I cancel Posy+?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open the Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions.

What are the odds in loot boxes?

Every box shows its odds before you open it, and they are published on the loot box odds page. Boxes cost coins only, and a duplicate pays coins back once you own every item of a rarity.

Can I start over?

Yes. In Settings, use Reset progress. This can't be undone.
